What you get
Seven systems. Each one is described by what it does for you first, with the tools underneath for anyone who needs to check.
Bids answered in days instead of weeks, without a proposal hire
A library of your best answers, a workspace for each bid, and a system that reads the solicitation and drafts the outline. Your team writes the parts that win, not the parts that repeat.
Proposal and RFP response systems
A pitch that keeps selling after the meeting ends
Decks and narrated video presentations that say it the same way every time, and send their own follow-up so nothing waits on someone remembering.
Presentation systems
Hours returned to the people you hired to do the work
The task that happens the same way every week stops being anyone’s job. Fewer handoffs, fewer dropped steps, no one chasing a status.
Workflow automation
Money collected and calendars filled with no manual step
Clients book and pay themselves, get welcomed and reminded, and get asked back. Nobody on your side lifts a finger.
Booking and payment funnels
AI that writes in your organization’s voice, and knows what it may not claim
Assistants trained on how your people actually write, with what it may not say written in. Drafts arrive usable, so review is a read, not a rewrite.
AI assistant and prompt systems
One version of the brand, used the same way by every person and tool
Token files and operating playbooks that survive staff turnover, new vendors, and new models, because the rules live in a document rather than in someone’s head.
Brand systems
The numbers you need, in a file that runs anywhere
A single file that opens on a laptop in the field or a phone in a truck. No hosting, no login, no monthly fee.

How it’s delivered
-
1
Scoped to what’s in the way, not the wish list
Discovery comes from the sales side of the table: what is actually in the way, what it costs when it slips, who has to sign. One number in the proposal, no hourly billing.
-
2
Built in your accounts, owned by you on day one
Nothing sits between you and your system, and there is no license to renew. If the relationship ends, the system keeps running and your data stays where it already was.
-
3
Tested twice on real data before handover
Two full runs on live records, not sample data, so you see it work before you accept it.
-
4
Handed over so anyone can run it
A plain-language guide with every build, written for whoever sits in that seat next. A retainer is available if you’d rather I keep it running.
Why work with me
“My favorite moment in this work is presenting a solution to a stakeholder that proves I was listening.”
Most businesses run on a handful of tasks that repeat every week. Nobody chose them; they just piled up. I look at your business as a set of systems, find those tasks, and build the thing that does them so you can get back to the parts of the work you started the business for.
You get one person from the first call to handover, someone who answers bids and builds decks as part of the day job and knows what it costs when a step slips.
Every system here ran in my own company before it went into anyone else’s. I can show it working, not describe it.
Two things stated up front: my voice is never licensed for AI cloning or training, and no number goes in a proposal I can’t show you.
Results to date
A proposal system that answers bids without a proposal hire.
An agent that turns dense bids into at-a-glance decision tables, a watched folder that builds the bid dashboard on its own, and a 319-answer response library, built and still operated inside my company. The go or no-go decision stays human, and a coordinator’s guide so it doesn’t depend on me.
An order-to-delivery pipeline running unattended since July 2026.
Orders go from paid to delivered with no one in the loop, and anything unusual gets flagged instead of stuck.
A new sales hire ramped faster than his peers and still runs his day on the system.
A standalone interactive dashboard and a 30-60-90 ramp with training modules, role-play scripts, objection handling, quizzes, flash cards, an industry glossary, and reporting. In daily use by the sales team and the Director of Operations.
Clients and employers are described, not named, until cleared to share. No figure here is estimated.
